The Spanish government is making efforts to bring some public administration processes into the digital world. Well, now you have launched the official application of the General Directorate of Cadastre. This is “Catastro_app”, an app where, among other things, you can know the value of the land to estimate the cadastral value of the property. Next, we will tell you how this application works.

Cadastro_app is a free app that can be downloaded from Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). This has been published by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Public Services in the app stores, so you can trust that it is a legitimate app and safe to use.
To use it, you need to access it with your PIN, permanent password or digital certificate. If you do not have these electronic credentials, you can register with DNI, NEE and the cadastral reference of your property.
Once you are logged into the app, all the properties you have registered in the public registry will be displayed. In addition, you will have official cadastral information and the exact location on the map for each of your properties. You will also receive cadastral notifications informing you of changes affecting your properties.
Now, there is no doubt that one of the most attractive things about Cadastro_app is the function of displaying the reference value of the land.
