How to Install Fallout 4 on Android with WinLather
Once you get the Fallout 4 installer exe file You should take it to your Android’s Downloads folder. Next, it’s time to download and install WinLater. Click the link above to get the download link for Winlater APK which will be installed like any other APK (just click on it and select “Install”).
After installation, open WinLater. Since this is your first time, you should wait for the emulator to finish installing some important files. Create a virtual machine (container) and run it.
After running the WinLater virtual machine, you will see a horizontal interface similar to Windows. Once you are there, follow these steps to install Fallout 4 on your Android.
First, go to drive D: in Winlater, where you will download.Select the Fallout 4 folder.

Keep in mind that you can install Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas on Android without any problems with Winlater.
