If you want to see a Reddit post and it doesn’t open or “Oops, something went wrong.” Please wait and try again”/”We found an error”, so you know you’re not the only one. Many people from all over the world have been reporting that they can’t access Reddit or any of its posts in the last few hours, and it’s not their internet fault.
Reddit, currently one of the main sources of information on the Internet, has already come out to confirm this failure with the X account (formerly Twitter). We are still investigating the issue, but the cause of the crash is a failure in Reddit’s backend (the code that supports its servers), they commented.
Investigation: An issue with the Reddit backend has affected many users on our site. We are investigating the cause. https://t.co/ekMCHgCgvF

Interestingly, this new Reddit outage comes 13 minutes after they reported fixing an incident with the backend. It’s clear that there’s a problem with the platform that they can’t completely fix, so if Reddit is currently running errands on both the mobile app and the web version, don’t panic. The developers are working on a fix, so please be patient.
How to know if Reddit is down and when it will come back up
We recommend that you keep an eye on the X account called “Reddit Status” to know when Reddit is back to normal, as they publish bugs found on the same forum and solutions implemented immediately. But if you don’t trust the platform’s reports, you can also use Downdetector to see reports from real users.
