Poetry Camera Camara Con Ia Que Convierte Imagenes En Poemas

Poetry Camera: An AI camera that turns photos into poems

Not long ago, when we were thinking about what the future of AI might look like, tools like the “Poetry Camera” came to mind. This curious camera doesn’t look like a “cheat” like the Rabbit R1 turned out to be, it uses artificial intelligence to take pictures and turn the captured image into a poem. That is, it is image-to-text AI.

The Poetry Camera not only defies the nature of cameras, but also AIS, whose primary use has until now been to create images from text. And this camera’s integrated AI works with the Haikus metrics (a form of Japanese poetry) it sees in the image.

The Poetic Camera does not come from a company and is not currently mass produced. In fact, the case is made with a 3D printer and inside it is a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W with a camera module (Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3). The language model responsible for analyzing the image and describing it in poetic form works with GPT-4 and OpenAI.

Ah! And the poetry camera has a little heat press on the bottom to show the poetry. This means that you do not use ink in the process and you only need a roll of paper to print the poems.

But… who invented the poetry camera? Designers Kellyn Carolyn Zhang and Ryan Mather as part of a collaborative art project.

Can you afford a poetry camera?

The makers of Poetry Camera have promised to sell a limited edition camera. However, there is no confirmed date for the commercial launch yet. What’s more, they didn’t even give a hint as to how much it would cost.

But if you really want to own one and see that you can create one yourself, here are the instructions for making a poetry camera.
