What I like most about these two phones is their design. Both have an elegant and sophisticated style, but The G100 stands out for its ultra-thin profile of 8.1 mm, making it slightly thinner than the Redmi 14C, which measures 8.22 mm. It is not excessive, but it is noticeable in the grip and in daily use.
Both phones are available in a wide variety of colors. The G100, for its part, can be found on four colors inspired by nature: rock black, lake green, interstellar blue and starry white. The Redmi 14C, however, is available in midnight black, sage green, dreamy purple and starry blue. Which is better in this sense? It depends on your personal tastes.
Screen
When it comes to the screen, the differences are subtle but important. Both feature an LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and HD+ resolution, for a smooth and clear viewing experience. However, the UMIDIGI G100 offers a slightly larger 6.9-inch screencompared to the 6.88 inch screen of the Xiaomi mobile phone. It’s clear that this isn’t a huge difference, but you still shouldn’t overlook it.
