Stardew Valley is a timeless gardening game, as it is still very much alive 8 years after its release. Thus, it recently set a new historical record for concurrent players of no less than 145,243 users. What is this about? The long-awaited 1.6 update promises many new features and meets all expectations.
The update is already available for computers via Steam and GOG, and will soon be available for consoles, but what about mobile? That’s what we’ll talk about next when we tell you when the Stardew Valley 1.6 update is coming to Android and iOS.
Stardew Valley update 1.6 for mobile is already in the pipeline, but there is no release date.
After more than three years without a major update (2020 version 1.5), Stardew Valley version 1.6 is now available on various platforms. This update brings new features “Desert Festival”, a new type of farm in “Meadowlands”.New maps, crops, easter eggs, secrets, fixes and more.
The first users are on PC and we know it will soon be the turn of those on consoles. However, no one seems to be too concerned about the mobile version, or so we think.

Through his official account, there is no specific date for the release of the update on mobile phones, but at least he confirms that Actively working on it.
Does that mean we will see her soon? The past has not been very encouraging, but let’s hope so. Stardew Valley 1.5 was released for computers in December 2020 and didn’t land on smartphones until January 2023. It was a wait of more than two years, something we don’t want to repeat. However, there was a compelling reason at the time: practically the entire game had to be rewritten, which is no longer the case.
Anyway, we all expect Stardew Valley 1.6 to arrive on Android and iOS in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we will continue to enjoy version 1.5 and earn more coins, as it is available in stores from 4.89 euros.
