Thanks to the Galaxy Unpacked event held by the Samsung company in Paris on July 10, the new Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 were officially presented, two flexible terminals that promise a lot.
As the first leaks of Samsung’s new foldables have started to come to light, the South Korean company has created a lot of expectations, as none of the leaks have been denied or confirmed, something that will surely increase uncertainty.

At first glance, the Galaxy Z Fold6 stands out for its extremely balanced design with straight edges, giving this terminal a more elegant look than previous generations. If we compare it with With the Galaxy Z Fold5, we can say that Samsung got it right when it designed its new folding book format.
Taking a closer look at the exterior, the Galaxy Z Fold6 features a 7.6-inch main screen, which has a resolution of 2160 x 1856 pixels. As for the external screen, it reaches 6.3 inches and offers a resolution of 2376 x 968 pixels. It should be noted that both screens have a 120 Hz refresh rate.
Going all the way inside, we can find the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3; A high-end processor that is very interesting for the use of applications and functions based on artificial intelligence. It is appropriate that Samsung emphasizes the functions powered by Galaxy AI.
One of these functions that caught the attention of those who attended the event was the ability to automatically translate, summarize and apply formatting to notes written on a mobile phone.
As for the photography department, the Z Fold6 has 3 cameras on the back: a 50MP main camera, a 12MP wide-angle lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom. There is a 10 MP camera on the front of the mobile and a 4 MP camera under the screen.
Speaking of autonomy, the Galaxy Z Fold6 has a 4400mAh battery with fast charging technology. This technology allows you to charge your mobile phone up to 50% in 30 minutes (provided a 25W charger is used).
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6: Portable and eye-catching flip
Interesting, stylish and aimed at a certain segment, the Galaxy Z Flip6 is a small mobile phone that aims not to take up too much space in your pocket.
With a 6.7-inch main screen, also offering a resolution of 2640 x 1080 pixels, this foldable takes the word “comfort” to another level. Similarly, we can see a 3.4-inch screen on the outside, which has a refresh rate of only 60 Hz (the internal screen reaches 120 Hz).
Inside we can find the same processor as the Galaxy Z Flip6, a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. This chip is accompanied by 12 GB of RAM (this part is the same as the other flip that the company offers).
The photography department has a 10 MP front camera, while on the back we get a 50 MP dual camera (main) and a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle module.
Finally, the 4000 mAh battery has fast charging technology, which only works if a 25W charger is used (this charger allows 50% charging in 30 minutes).
Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 prices and release date
These new Samsung terminals can be reserved starting today, although they will be available on July 24. Here are the prices of the different versions that have come into the market:
