And in response to this, Samsung presented the new mid-range for this year. We’re talking about the Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55, a pair of phones with 120 Hz AMOLED screens, 50 MP cameras and Exynos processors. Below we will tell you all the features and prices of these mobile phones.
Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 specifications
The Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 are the successors to last year’s Galaxy A54 and A34, and bring quite a few upgrades. Both feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution (1080p) and a 120 Hz refresh rate. What’s new here is that they are more protective now that they have Gorilla Glass Victus Glass.
In terms of performance, the Galaxy A35 comes with last year’s Exynos 1380 paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The Galaxy A55, on the other hand, is more powerful with an Exynos 1480 and a faster RAM format codenamed LPDDR5. Finally, it should be mentioned that both have a 50-megapixel triple camera, but the main sensor of the Galaxy A55 is larger, so it captures more light.
Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 prices and availability
The new Samsung Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55 will go on sale in Europe on March 11, and both will be available in four colors (Ice Blue, Lilac, Navy and Lemon) and two RAM and storage configurations at the following prices.
Samsung Galaxy A35 (6 GB + 128 GB): 379 €. Samsung Galaxy A35 (8 GB + 256 GB): 449 €. Samsung Galaxy A55 (8 GB + 128 GB): 479 €. Samsung Galaxy A55 (8 GB + 256 GB): 529 €.
