Oakley has launched new electric toothbrushes called Flow TravelGO and X Pro Elite Premium Set. Both have a maglev motor and DuPont diamond bristles for efficient tooth cleaning, although they have very different features. In reality, there’s a €60 price difference between the two, so it’s worth carefully evaluating what each has to offer to determine which one is best for you.
Luckily, we have both the Flow TravelGO and the X Pro Elite Premium Set on hand and have been thoroughly testing them to tell you what they look like, what their functions and capabilities are, their pros and cons, and which is which. You have to choose.
Oclean Flow TravelGO and Oclean X Pro Elite Premium Set: efficient oral care and cleaning

The Oclean Flow TravelGO is the budget model of this pair, but that doesn’t mean it’s inferior to the X Pro Elite Premium Set in everything. It stands out for its autonomy of up to 180 days, its 5 brush modes with a timer and its simple operation.
On the other hand, the most expensive model (year 2018) is the same. See the difference between the two in this technical sheet.
Oclean Flow TravelGO: The perfect electric toothbrush for travel that you only need to charge twice a year
Flow TravelGO has an ergonomic design with an elongated cylindrical shape and hydrophobic surface coating. It has IPX7 water resistance, which means that nothing will happen if moisture enters or even temporarily. Overall, I like the build quality: it’s durable and has no flimsy or flimsy parts.
It has a brushless maglev motor inside that delivers a high speed of 76,000 vibrations per minute. It has “W” shaped DuPont bristles that brush gently, don’t damage teeth and gums, and reach the corners of the mouth, more than enough to thoroughly clean the teeth without damaging the gums.
The brush offers four cleaning modes that you can easily switch between using the button. The styles are pretty self-explanatory: Morning, Evening, Normal, Whiteness, and Gentle. The difference between all of them is basically the vibration speed, “soft” is the lowest and “white” is the highest. I usually use it in “normal” because it always works well for me; A non-irritating medium power brush.
It has a very nice timer function that turns the brush on for 2 minutes and reminds you to change the area every 30 seconds, so that you can clean your entire mouth without over-brushing your teeth. This way you will practice taking the right time to brush.
Does it make a sound? If the truth is. Like all electric toothbrushes, the Flow TravelGO is very audible, especially at the highest power level. Does it bother you? The user probably won’t, but you don’t want to use it next to a sleeping person.
What impressed me the most about this electric toothbrush was without a doubt the battery. After more than a month of use, I haven’t needed to recharge yet and the manufacturer claims the 2500 mAh battery will last for 180 days. That means you only have to charge twice a year. By the way, it charges easily via USB-C with the included cable.
Other items included in the box are a storage case and six replacement heads. The case is made of very light, clear plastic, which doesn’t seem very durable, but it does the trick.
Oclean X Pro Elite (Premium Set): Electric toothbrush with screen, wireless charging and smart functions.
As the name suggests, the Oclean X Pro Elite Premium Set is a true electric toothbrush for professionals. Although it has the same brushes as the Flow TravelGO, the Maglev motor is more powerful (reaches 84,000 vibrations/min), has a touch screen, has app compatibility and offers many interesting advanced functions for a more personalized brushing that suits your lifestyle. .
Its design is equally ergonomic and made of high quality materials. But it has a black color finish which I find more beautiful. Of course, the most prominent feature of the design is the touch screen that allows you to monitor brushing in eight areas of the mouth, scoring and pointing out missed areas in real time. It is very useful!
This brush offers four working modes (cleansing, sensitive, massaging and whitening) and 32 intensity levels, to suit different brushing needs. And the best thing is that you can intuitively control everything (both modes, intensity and functions) from the touch screen.
Another advantage of this brush is that it syncs with the OakClean app, which allows you to get cleaning reports to monitor your oral health and personalize brushing programs. It is not necessary to use this application, but at least it served as an incentive for me to find a better brush.
It should be noted that it has Whisperclean technology that makes the brush work at a high noise level of 45 dB. Compared to other electric toothbrushes I’ve tried, it’s very quiet. It won’t wake anyone up around you!
On the other hand, the battery lasts about 1 month with 3.5 hours of charging per month. Therefore, the autonomy is lower than the Flow TravelGO model mainly due to the screen. The good thing is that it charges magnetically, so you don’t have to worry too much about charging it. You leave it on its base and that’s it.
What’s in the box? 7 replacement heads, the wireless charger, wall mount and storage case are sturdy and travel-friendly.
Are the Oclean Flow TravelGO and Oclean X Pro Elite Premium Series worth it?
Both the Oclean Flow TravelGO and X Pro Elite Premium Set are excellent electric toothbrushes with useful features to help improve oral hygiene. However, the right model for you depends on your needs and budget.
If you’re on a tight budget or simply want a quality electric toothbrush with plenty of autonomy, the Flow TravelGO is highly recommended. It has a large battery that only needs to be charged twice a year and its simple operation makes it convenient for both children and adults. all right 49,90 eurosAccording to the value of the character.
The Oclean X Pro Elite Premium is more complete with a set screen and app for better tracking and personalizing the brush. In addition, it is more powerful. Battery life is short (a little over 1 month), but wireless charging isn’t a problem. The price is reasonably high: 109.90 euros. Is it worth that price? Well, if you want the best of the best, I don’t think you’re crazy.
