YouTube has been rolling out their own “Spotify Wrapped” for a couple of years now under the name “Recap”. This is an annual summary where you can see What songs and artists have you listened to most this year via YouTube or YouTube Music?. This summary automatically appears in the app at the end of the year without you having to do anything.
However, if you are desperate for watch your YouTube Recap 2024 and you can’t find it, don’t worry. How to watch your 2024 Recap on YouTube Music
The easiest and safest way to watch your 2024 Recap on YouTube Music is Go to the “Your Summary” section of the YouTube Music app (YouTube’s music-only app). To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the application YouTube Music on your mobile phone.
- touch yours user icon in the top right corner.
- Select Summary.

You will know that this is in fact the 2024 Recap and not a previous edition because the title of the summary is «2024 summary«. Furthermore, in the Recap lists automatically created by YouTube (you can find them in the same section), there will be a new playlist called «2024 Recap«.
How to watch your 2024 Recap on YouTube
The main YouTube app (the video app) also lets you view your own annual summary of the most listened to music and most viewed video games. To do this, do the following:
- Open the application YouTube on your mobile phone.
- touch yours user icon in the bottom right corner.
- Click on the message that says Here’s your music recap.
- Click Go get your summary.
- Alternatively, you can search for “recap 2024” in the YouTube search engine to obtain the annual summary.
In case you want watch your YouTube Gaming 2024 Recapyou can do it like this:
- Log in to the app YouTube from your cell phone.
- Press the compass icon which is located in the top left corner.
- Select Video games.
- Touch Go get your summary.
Personally, the game recap on YouTube still doesn’t appear, but for some people it does, so we’re assuming All you have to do is wait for YouTube to activate it worldwide.
