X, popularly known as Twitter, has just launched a new way of pleasure (and doing other actions) that you will surely love. And the social network has launched an option swipe gestures with which you can donate “I like” or “retweet” a post simply by swiping left or right.
And the best thing is this This new feature is very customizable– You can choose what action will be performed when you swipe a tweet left or right. Next, we’ll walk you through how to enable and configure swipe gestures in X (Twitter).
How to activate X (Twitter) gestures to like by swiping
The first thing you need to know is that, This feature is currently only available for the X (Twitter) app on iPhone and iPad. It has not yet reached the Android mobile application, although it is very likely that it will launch soon. Have a little patience.
How do I activate X swipe gestures? Well, very easy, you just have to do it follow these steps to start liking on Twitter by scrolling:
- Open the Twitter app (X) on your mobile phone.
- Click on yours profile photo.
- Now come in Settings and privacy.
- Then go Chronology.
- Enter here Interaction with posts.
- Enable the option Enable swipe gestures in the post and that’s it.
- Finally, if you want customize the swipe actionleft or right, tap “Swipe right” or inside “Swipe left” and choose the action you want to set: Like, reply, repost, share, save item, not interested, send DM or none.
