Despite what many people believe, WhatsApp is not usually a problematic app as many of its functions respond perfectly on most mobile devices it is installed on.
However, there are times when one or the other will “deliver” an extremely difficult problem to solve overnight. One of these problems is related to Audios sent and received in group and private conversations.
When an audio is played by the application itself, various functions are offered, such as increasing the speed of the audio, moving it forward or backward, or stopping playback completely.
The last function that allows you to pause the playing audio, may have errors. One of these flaws is not being able to stop the audio playing in WhatsApp.

I feel compelled to mention that I personally encountered this annoying error, because from day one I realized that I can’t pause any WhatsApp audio.
This led me to scour the internet for a solution. This is very complicated for me. Because none of the solutions I found worked for me.
Fortunately, I was able to solve the problem from the settings of my mobile device. If you want to prevent this problem from ruining your user experience, I recommend following these steps:
Enter your phone’s settings and enter the “Applications” section.Click on “View Apps” to let the operating system show you all the apps you have installed on your mobile.
Find the WhatsApp app and click on it.Click on “Force Stop” option and click on “Accept”.
Enter “Storage and Cache” and finally click “Clear Cache”.
After completing all the steps, you should open WhatsApp and play any sound. If you pause the audio, you’ve solved the problem.
On the other hand, if the problem persists, you should update the WhatsApp app to the latest version because this problem is usually related to the version of WhatsApp installed on the mobile (there are updates to fix this type of error).
