Android 16 will have a build ID starting with the letter “B” which will be launched next year.
So everything seems to point to it Google will now consider your Android version’s build ID to choose the name of your dessert. This would explain why Android 16 is codenamed Baklava and not a sweet with the letter «W». In practice they took advantage of this to reset the alphabetical order of desserts.
